The power of a team lies in its ability to mobilize multiple types of perspectives, experiences and expertise. To take advantage of this, bringing together employees with varied and complementary profiles is a necessary condition, but not a sufficient one. It is just as important to create a climate conducive to everyone’s expression and to the constructive management of the disagreements that inevitably arise.
