Limiting the negative repercussions of change by adopting a more measured approach.
A growing number of companies suffer from an excess of transformation. Indeed, beyond a given threshold, too much change can have negative consequences on global performance: decreased productivity, lack of overall coherence, loss of meaning… A key to remedying this can consist in adopting a more measured approach to change, by reusing existing resources and limiting the number of projects to be tackled at once.
