How can we ensure the full effectiveness of group decisions?
Theoretically, a team is supposed to come to better decisions than an individual. Collective thinking does indeed allow for a more complete view of the problem, for more information to be gathered, and for a greater number of solutions to be considered. However, numerous biases hinder the effectiveness and quality of group decisions. How can we counter these biases?
