For example, how to define an objective that effectively engages people from different backgrounds and points of view? Or how to offer to each constituent a motivating role? The proposed ideas are not particularly earth shaking, but represent a good overview of the key drivers that can be used to persuade others to cooperate voluntarily without the force of authority.
