This book offers a complete overview of the strategic objectives of innovation. The different types of innovation most adapted to each stage in the market lifecycle are carefully identified in this highly-structured treatise. Chapters 5 to 7, in particular, offer a goldmine of ideas, which are stimulating if not deeply analyzed, particularly since they are illustrated by many entertaining examples. The experience of the author clearly comes through, as he makes an often theoretical subject come alive for the uninitiated.
