How is it that some people manage to stimulate their counterparts almost naturally, while others conversely have the annoying tendency to transmit their pessimism? The authors of this article studied this phenomenon of contagion of positive or negative energy in business organizations. This research reveals some common features of “energizing” people which can serve as inspiration to make all interactions with colleagues more stimulating.
