Leading in the 21st Century

Leadership is not what it used to be. This is what emerges from the interviews conducted by the authors of this article with six renowned leaders, including Carlos Ghosn, Ellen Kullman and Shimon Peres. All state that the conditions under which leadership is exercised have radically changed, if only in the past decade. At issue: the chronic uncertainty confronting us all. The experiences recounted in the first person shed instructive light on the topic.
